Renovation Coach offers mentoring and coaching to contractors who generate revenues of $250,000 to $3,500,000 annually. We work with you by the hour or you make take advantage of our time saving Coaching Packages for those seeking long-term Success. We are also able to assist you in generating training, safety, and production management programs so you can focus on your day-to-day business.

Basic Coaching Package: Initial 3-hour data gathering in-office meeting to review your company needs. A $300 fee is charged for this initial consultation. You then may continue to have us work with you by the hour or purchase a pool of 20 hours for $1500, a $300 savings!

Coaching for Success Package: The Basic Coaching Package with an additional 20 hours of time for $3,000, a $600 savings!

By the Hour Coaching: Renovation Coach may assist you with quick fix solutions and recommendations either in the field, office or over the phone. A two-hour minimum is required for the 1st hour. - $125 per hour

Program Development: Many small business owners never find the time to achieve programs and systems that are important to the day-to-day management of their businesses. You can outsource these projects to Renovation Coach. A 2-hour Needs Analysis meeting takes place to determine your needs and to develop a fee for the specific project you wish to develop. Needs Analysis - $200

Production Training: We offer your team training on Job Site Management, Customer Service, Effective Communication for Success, Punch Free Projects, and Safety. Classes can be tailored to your needs. A rate of $125 Per Student applies with each session running 2 - 3 hours.
